My wife and I had a wonderful experience at Garden Grove Modern Dentist, and I want to take a moment to recognize the outstanding team members who made it so positive. First, a big thank you to Alvaro at the front desk. From the moment we walked in, he was incredibly helpful and transparent. He took the time to go over each item we would be billed for, explaining everything clearly so there were no surprises. What really stood out was his kindness and willingness to help—he provided us with the new laser therapy treatment completely free of charge - huge saving for us . That kind of care and consideration goes a long way, and we’re extremely grateful. Our dentist, Dr. Nguyen, was equally impressive. He was professional, friendly, and took the time to explain our oral health thoroughly. He made sure we understood everything going on with our dental care and answered all our questions without ever making us feel rushed. It’s rare to find a provider who combines clinical skill with such a warm bedside manner. Lastly, Lee, our X-ray technician, was also fantastic. He was friendly, professional, and made the process comfortable and efficient. It’s clear that everyone at this office takes pride in their work and treats patients with respect and kindness. We left feeling confident in our care and genuinely appreciated.
